I left with a heavy heart ! I want to go back ! To start the weather was not in a mood to comply but in the 7 days I flew for about 5 of them and in that short duration I was truly blown away by the beauty of the place ! But, what made the trip exceptional was the host! Ricardo is a very laid back and chilled out person with very deep understanding of the weather of the islands and he ensured that in the brief weather windows we had for flying, he maximised my flying time ! He and his family are especially loving and warm ! It was almost like I had known them for a long time, the way they treated me ! I am going back !

I spent a most wonderful time at the Azores. Thanks to Ricardo and is lovely family I felt quick at ease at his home and had the pleasure to live with very kind and helpful people. As it comes to the flying experience: it exceeded my expectations by far. Ricardo made every possible effort in order to get me flights. As a result I could fly every day, which would have been impossible without his help. A great pleasure as well was to meet some other local pilots, who all have been very friendly and welcoming. All in all I had a 5-star experience at this marvelous island: Thank you!

Ricardo is a great host and really puts himself out to make sure you enjoy yourself. He is clearly a great pilot with serious local knowledge,, so he puts you at ease and makes the flying relaxed. Even when the weathe is bad there are things to do!!

In short: A Great Holiday! Not only Ricardo is very kind and welcoming but he has kept going the extra mile, exceeding my expectations every time. He did everything he could to ensure that my partner and I had the best paragliding experience in the Azores, but not only that. He and his lovely wife also provided guidance regarding the local activities, good restaurants and nice places to visit. As a pilot, no one could dispute the fact that Ricardo is a very experienced paraglider pilot and well aware of the flying conditions on the island, I can only recommend that you contact him to discover this paradise island. As far as I am concerned, I will be back!!

Despite that we were not very lucky with the weather conditions for paragliding, we had a really great time. Ricardo is a super host. The accomodation was perfect with a really nice view, he made us a really good breakfast every day. He is a very aimable person with a lot of humor and knowledge about paragliding in the Azorean paradise. We will definitely do it again if possible!
