Summary
Mount Babadağ is located in Turkish Mediterranean coast and tops at 2000 m providing a perfect flying site for all wind directions. Light winds and cloud base at 2500-3500 m are common during the day. The most commonly used and biggest launch stands at 1700 m facing SSW. At 1800 m there is another take-off, facing the opposite direction. The 1900 m take-off allows for launch in two different directions, NNE and SSE. There is also 1200 m take-off, used generally in stronger conditions or when the top gets covered by clouds. In any case, you have more than 1000 m when you arrive in the box which makes this place one of the most (if not the most) attractive SIV sites in the world.
